- We ship our shoes with signature confirmation for all $500+ orders.
- We ship our shoes with UPS Ground or FedEx Ground; USPS International if applicable.
- Any orders containing 4 or more pairs and/or over $400 will be shipped via FedEx Ground or Home Delivery.
- All orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days unless otherwise specifically noted, weekends excluded.
- Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery after the specific shipping date. (5 business days for West Coast).
- For example, item was purchased on January 1st, 2023, shoes will be processed between January 2nd to the 4th, delivery via USPS/FedEx will happen January 5th - 9th (excluding Sundays)
- Tracking information can be found in your Paypal account under the transaction; Paypal will also send out an email containing tracking information titled "Your Package is on the Way" to you once tracking information is added.
- We offer international shipping to select countries such as Canada, please email us at [email protected] for more information.
- NOTE: We are not responsible for any customs charges or any other international fees that are not associated with Big Cartel or PayPal. Customs charges will solely be the responsibility of the buyer.
- Shipping cost: $10 for the first pair of shoes and $5 for each additional pair.
- APO and other US territories shipping are also $10, PO boxes as well.
- On any international packages: once all packages leave the United States they are no longer in the hands of the United states postal service. It is in the hands of your specific countries postal service. This process can take as mentioned in the shipping section 2-4 weeks.
